Upon delivery, please check all items and inform us of any damage or breakages within 24 hours.

If the piece has become damaged, we will organise for the return postage and either replace or refund in full.

In the case of framed pieces, should there be damage, please inform us within 24 hours of delivery. A courier will be organised to collect the piece and either it will be repaired or refunded.

All these items are fragile, so we like to make sure they are packaged with care. We will aim to dispatch pieces within 3 days of ordering. All the smaller pieces, are sent Royal Mail First Class.

If you require the piece earlier, please get in touch and we will arrange next-day delivery.

For local deliveries to Hexham, either pieces can be collected from Sue’s studio by appointment or delivered.

For the framed works, we will ship these by courier. Shipping costs for these pieces are £25. For more than one piece, please contact suedunneceramics@gmail.com for shipping quotation.

Once a piece is commissioned, photos will be made available on the website before the piece is sent. Upon approval, the piece will be sent by courier.

The pieces shown on the website are examples of previous pieces. Each piece is very individual so will not be identical to the piece shown.

Sue’s order book is such that commissions are created and dispatched in 6-8 weeks. Please keep this in mind if a piece is for a special occasion. During the process, we will keep you posted on progress.
